We want you to love your RoyalBreeze purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. To start a return, contact us through our store.

Final Sale Items Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return, including clearance products and any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that window, the order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
